It's against the law to drive into oncoming traffic with the brights on, I'd have been talking to the judge on that one, Then a lawyer for harrassment...

I give people the chance to dim their lights, sometimes we forget, I know I have. But after a couple of flashes and they still don't dim their lights, that's when they will be hitting the brakes and pulling to the side of the road...

Well, time for a small parts update. I've been busy with other projects, so ST has been on the back burner. He did get a brake job and new shocks on all four corners. I picked up a set of 456 gears for the front Dana 60 that will eventually go under ST. I hope to have SVT's new axles by Valentine's day, so hopefully by the summer I will have the 60's under ST. Also just scored some disc brake brackets from a 79 Dana 60 to go on my superduty 60 axle for project FordZilla...

Just rolled 220,000 miles. I performed the swap with 190,XXX miles right on April 1, 2012, today is December 18, 2013. There was about 7,000 miles between when I started driving the V8 til I fixed the speedometer, so ive got about 37,000 miles in just 20 months. And I wonder why I can't get more shop time in. Good news is, is my sister finally hot her license yesterday, so I won't have to drive her back n forth to college 5 days a week...

When I bought my lowrider, it only had something like 50 or 60k miles, the first year I had it, I put 45000 miles on it, the next year I put on 53000 miles. This was back in 02 when $$ was good and I was doing a bunch of traveling...

Well, not much of an update, but I'm glad I havent bought the injector harness adapters yet. While I was at a junkyard today pulling a harness for another customer's truck I noticed the 99 explorer 5.0 used the EV6 injectors. This means that I don't have to get adapters!



I hope sometime soon I can start getting the supercharger adapter in the fab stage...

Rick, some 98's have EV6 injectors as well. I wouldn't mind going to EV6's on Hoss.

I haven't paid much attention, but the 98 motor I pulled for a customer's sport trac V8 swap I'm doing (project N2Ford), I believe has the EV1 injectors. I know other models started the swap to EV6 though...
