Unhappy 2013 ENERGI Warranty

Has anyone else discovered that for 2013 and 2014 Energis the "Unique electrical components", including the electric motor, are not included in the 8yr/100,000miles warranty coverage. Ford insists, in spite of what the brochure says, that only the hybrid components get the 8/100,000 coverage. The motor is covered for 5/60,000 as part of the power train and most other components only for 3/36,000.
