Throttle holdback

Just got a new Escape and plugged in an OBD2 device. The log show 17.6 psi boost, and 88.6% absolute throttle position. What's up with that? Break-in procedure? Or limitation for longevity?

Probably limitation for longevity. Try getting a custom tune and make sure you tell the guy writing the tune your concerns.

Thanks, Blue!

Where would I get a custom tuneup?
Is there a chip deal available for the 2.0 turbo?

Try livernois motorsports out of dearborn. They write custom tunes for the 2.0 ecoboost in the escapes and fusions.
