D pillar replacement

Has anybody found a re-installation option that doesn't replicate the same original attachment problem, leading to similar future stress figures in the facia?

As a new owner of a 2013 CPO LTD Eco Boost with D pillar facia cracking, I would like to know if a corrective solution has been developed, or is it replace and repeat as needed until the owner gives up?
