At Wits End!!

Ran a test on my 2000 taurus V6 3.0L flex fuel engine. Got a P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance error. Can't press the gas hard or it will stall. Have to feather it to keep it running. I have replaced the following without success: Fuel rail pressure regulator (twice). Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Fuel Pump Driver Module, PVC valve and hose, I am at my wits end!! Please help!!!
