I noticed the time was wrong on my c-max just a few minutes later and then the next week my radio goes out. It won't turn off/on or change the channel and when I clicked AM/FM on the screen it said "undefined". A week later I come home from a weekend trip and the car won't turn on. I've seen many similar issues with this car, what do I do? Please help.

Have you had the battery load tested? Sounds like a low or bad battery that sitting will make it worst. If battery tests good and cables are good, try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes. This will reboot the system. Is there a check engine light on? If you take it to any local auto parts store they can run the code for free. Even if no CEL is on, it will pull stored codes that might help narrow the issue down. Keep us informed.

Check the fuses. Sounds wrong, but there's one fuse that when it blows it turns on the radio.
