I've given (and received) rep, but most of those members and myself are still at 0.
Is it not turned on yet?

Probably have to be here 30 days for the reps to work.

reps kinda a joke on FF really... people who really help often have the lowest rep. and people who help new people get no recognition through the rep system if the newbie does rep them because they are "to new" or dont have enough posts...

Yup, 30 days and 25 posts.
It lets me give rep, and I've received rep.
I guess the actual rep number won't show until 30/25 has been achieved?

It's the thought that counts.

Yep, not worried about my rep as long as I can misinform people on how to to stuff. Errr...I mean help them out to the best possible knowledge I have. Sometimes its best to help out the new people though so they get a better understanding of things and it makes them feel more welcome.
