Hmm, it seems this is a problem. I heard other people were having problems sync'ing their phones in general, but I assume that just has to do with the fact that US phones are different from european ones. And about the gas mileage thing, I bet he would make it 10 more miles. Those read outs are probably not totally accurate and would change as soon as you changed how you were driving.
