Just got back from picking up my edge, $841 to replace the APIM Module for the Sync system.

The screen was going black in January, made an appointment to have it looked at and it started working again and they couldn't diagnose the problem.

A couple of weeks ago the screen went black again. Made appointment and found out the warranty was extended, but expired in March.

Spoke with Ford customer service and the service manager at the dealer, and was offered $200 towards repair.

Has anyone else had these issues with Ford or their dealership? This isn't the dealership that I buy all of my company trucks through, I found the edge used at a different place. We have six trucks and have never had this much trouble dealing with Ford.
